Philosophy is a general theory of education. In other words, it can be deemed as very important basis for how education carried out, so that the goals are fully achieved. This background why an educational technology science has philosophical foundation. Educational scientific discipline foundation studied on meets three studies, which ontology, epistemology, and axiology.
